Saanich Police are looking for 70-year-old William Bender.
Bender was last seen leaving his house in the 3200 block of Service Road on his bike around 1 p.m. on Monday, July 1.
He is described as bald, 6-foot 2-inches tall and 200 pounds. Saanich Police said Bender was wearing a green button-up shirt, blue shorts, a headlamp, and a black backpack.
Additionally, he is known to bike around the University of Victoria and Mt. Douglas Park area.
